  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Chatting with two customers at once on a webchat to resolve their query, helping customers with any issues they may have and advise them on problems they are facing. Mon - thurs are my work days so, this is where I will be on chat with customers and fridays I complete my apprenticeship work.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes, I have understood how to to develop my skills when speaking to customers to develop a better relationship with them and understand health and safety in the work place.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I find my programme quite fun, I enjoy meetings where we can all work together and collaborate. I enjoy the work shops as it is a chance to learn and socialise with new people.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I do feel like the work needs to be explained more by the provider to ensure we are all aware of the correct work set, an example would help very much. We have set days which is great as we are then able to switch off from our normal working day and manage the work load.

  • I receive a good amount of support from my employer such as training sessions, I do feel like some times we don't have the correct amount of time to complete additional work.

  • The training provider shares the set work with us but i would like to know more about the end point assessment.

  • They provide me with the correct work that benefits my role
