i have developed patience more especially when training people they don't learn in the same way you do
i enojy it alot there are perks and benefits that come with being an apprentice
regarding work side not that much the apprenticeship team dont do many checks ins to see if we are okay or to see how we are doing. there is also a severe lack of training in the department side as my managers have no idea about the rules and reasons why we have to do things differently
not alot i did put a complaint in recently and they seem to be honoring my apprenticeship more and my stress levels but it shouldn't have got to that point
hard to say my managers aren't involved so I go to other apprentices managers to tell me the relevant information
i definitely understand more when im constantly learning I love it
we dont do many events but the occasional talk in a school comes up (there's not many slots to join) but there isn't many events no
Yes
it is a good place to work but I wont recommend it to everyone only the ones I think would like it
go for it
