My role involves working in tronc, which deals with the fair allocation of tips.
I have learnt may new skills with software hat help me to be more efficient in my role. Furthermore, I have been exposed to emails and meetings which have helped me improve my communication skills.
My programme has been the best decision I have made. Being slightly nervous having chosen to not go to university, I was welcomed and encouraged for everything. If it was not for Buzzacott I am not sure I would be so comfortable in my decision.
My programme is very well organised. I know well in advance when I will be attending college and have exams which allows me, my manger and my team to plan around these dates so that I do not feel pressure from work around these times.
The support I receive from my employer, I believe is unmatched. Speaking to friends in apprenticeships, and hearing their experiences, I am sure that Buzzacott offer unmatched support at any time or inconvenience.
I receive good support, all details for exams are given in great detail, as well as having an easy to navigate online portal which offers even further support.
I feel like my studies support me as it helps me to understand the businesses we work with. My studies at times do not correlate with my day to day role, but it it does help me day to day to understand the businesses we work with.
Our company has a social committee as well as a trainee social committee that organise events often. I am also part of the Student Forum which gives the trainees in our firm a chance to meet with HR and discuss any issues that we have.
Yes
I would recommend and have recommended to my friends as I believe everyone would enjoy working life at Buzzacott.
I would say to others that you need to be confident in your own abilities and to be yourself. At Buzzacott, no personality is the same. This makes the office refreshing as you will always bump into different people who you will be able to have different conversations with.
