  • Day-to-day, I am responsible for producing desk-based research and reports to provide specific evidence into work streams and briefings. I interact with a variety of colleagues internally, including comms, research and science teams. I am responsible for identifying, developing and communicating insights and perspectives within our field.

  • I have developed my communication skills, both written and verbal. I have found that with this role, my confidence has improved a lot as a result of the work I produce and opportunities to present and communicate this I have been given.

  • I feel that it is helping me to perform better in my role, as it is helping to improve my confidence across multiple areas, and is also providing me with the knowledge on how to manage and work with people more effectively

  • Not at the moment, but I know that there is a lot of opportunities to do so

  • The RSPCA is a very welcoming and inclusive workplace. They prioritise the development and wellbeing of their staff and actively encourage activities and opportunities to help with these

  • Demonstrate your understanding of the organisation's values and demands of the role and how you meet these, but also what you want to do to strengthen and develop these further
