My role is a subject mater expert I conduct audit reviews and training package development for a specialist team within the organisation, I also analyse data for internal use
I have learned alot about how to interpret and analyse data and developed on my existing skills when it comes to stakeholder engagement and delivery of information to a wider range of stakeholders
I really enjoyed the learning and the support i recieved from the RSPCA and QA
It was well delivered and structed well to help build up a knowledge base
The organisation supported me extensively ensuing I had more than enough time to complete the work and also had additional resources to help me develop further
I felt I was able to receive support as and when needed in a short time frame
I have been able to better understand and interpret the data and also sped up how quickly I am able to process the data
