Within my role i investigate British gas lite customers over webchat, we will deal with some of the following meter issues billing and account issues

I enjoy this very much i love the team i am in and the people i di my apprenticeship with. Working as a team and learning together was great
I thinks this has some floors as felt like at some time there was a lots of task due at once and felt that this could of been stead out better
We have great support, due to medical issue that have a comminated these greatly
my trainer provide helped me loads she would advice me on what i could work on and how to improving the task i was completing
I felt that when i would provide examples of chat i had with customer she would highlight to me what i did well and what i did not
We have volunteering days we do to help out local charity's or churches
