I work as a customer service agent dealing with different enquiries everyday for example Processing Requests: Assist customers with various requests, such as setting up new accounts, updating account information, and scheduling service appointments.
I have learnt new things within British Gas like understanding of the products or services you support allows you to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
It was very easy to speak to our trainer when we needed advise or help .
It was very organised as we had set modules which we had to complete every week
I have received a lot of help from my trainers and managers. I have also have had helped from my employees
I received a lot of support and it was easy to reach out to the trainer which made it easy to ask for help when needed
I have had a better understanding , which makes it easier to apply to different job roles within British Gas
Yes we have our town hall meetings which everyone can contribute too

It is very beneficial and a good start for me as I have a better understanding in customer service which I can now succeed in different roles
I would highly recommend working for British Gas as they give you a lot of opportunities
