  • My role includes interacting with customers on a day to day basis and either giving them advice on what insurance they can buy or booking appointments for them

  • I have learnt how to use the systems and how to communicate with customers more efficiently and also how to have a bit more empathy

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I would say i enjoy my apprenticeship quite a bit it is entertaining seeing how much some people pay for insurance and dealing with complex enquires as a whole and i think its quite entertaining

  • I would say its quite organised but there are certain points where it does feel like something hasn't been planned or thought through at all but that is a very small part of the time

  • i receive quite a good amount of support from my employer they often answer any questions i may have and help me alot of the time when i need

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive some support when working towards my qualifications sometimes the reply time can be long and some of the answers i get are a bit vague

  • I feel that my qualification part of my training is quite repetitive i feel that alot of the time im writing the same thing if not something very similar to something i would've wrote on the last 3 modules and

  • Not that im aware of, but im not a social person

  • Its a well structured company with room to move up if you did want to dedicate a large portion of your life towards doing so
