  • i find it fun and not to stressful although some customers and tasks can be challenging

  • everyone knows their roles and communication is perfect with anyone u need to talk to

  • an amazing amount i do not feel bad for asking questions as my employer is very understanding

  • again like my manager, my training provider is always there when i need her

  • it gives me better understandings of the role im doing and what i can do to improve aswell

  • yeah we have days allocated to helping charity workers and we also have days out as a team for dinners

  • because for the type of job it is the money is good and there is always ways to move up the working ladder
