answering customer queries and making the company as profitable as possible
yes i developed good people skills & talk more formally and mature to people
i find it fun and not to stressful although some customers and tasks can be challenging
everyone knows their roles and communication is perfect with anyone u need to talk to
an amazing amount i do not feel bad for asking questions as my employer is very understanding
again like my manager, my training provider is always there when i need her
it gives me better understandings of the role im doing and what i can do to improve aswell
yeah we have days allocated to helping charity workers and we also have days out as a team for dinners

because for the type of job it is the money is good and there is always ways to move up the working ladder
