so during my time here at british gas i really do enjoy it i love working from home and in the office here and there i have gotten very used to and adapted well to the job however i do think at times weve been misled for example bonus where we make sales for the company and have been told we will get paid bonus on top of our salary but 6 months in from working for the company weve then been told we do not get bonus but overall my training provider is really good for my apprenticship and they are really helpful and help when i ask as well as my manager who is supportive. On a day to day we deal with all sorts of customers from grumpy and angry customers to happy and straight forward all calls require skilll patience and effort in order to help the customer the best we can.
