In my role I solve customer queries and assist customers.
- Improved my communication skills - work well under pressure - Improved active listening skills - Patience
I find this programme enjoyable, I have met a lot of new people along the way of my apprenticeship journey and have learnt new skills and developed professionally.
The structure is organised however some assignments do take a bit long to complete so I fee like 8 hours a week would not be enough to complete a 35 hour assignment.
I receive a good amount of support from my employer.
