Supporting clients on both service queries and product management. Work ewith relationship manager to research prospect clients and keep up to date with existing clients. Work with a variety of teams across the bank to provide a one bank approach for our clients.
I have signifcantly developed my critical thinking skills, i am able to confidently and effectively provide solutions to problems. My confidence has also significantly grown, I am able to present in team meetings, speak with clients and engage with senior colleagues.
I am deeply enjoying my programme, it has given me a variety of opportunities to meet clients, senior staff and key teams. I have learnt both acedemic and practical skills, my learning and day job go hand in hand which allow me to develop quickly.
My programme is well organised, however there have been times where I have had to reach out for clarification. Although, I have been supported once reaching out. I can see my learning path and know what I will be completing in each stage.
I have recieved a lot of support from my employer, I am given time to complete any self development learning i wish to complete. I am also encouraged to take part in off the desk activites to get my name out their and build a strong self brand.
I recieve a great amount of support from my employer, tutor and coach. I am always supported if i need extra guidence, they take time to help me develop and ensure I fully understand what is being asked of me.
I feel more confident with the knowledge I am learning from my qualification. I am able to apply the learning to my daily role, I can bring snipets of knowledge into discussions.
I have attended a variety of networking events, team socials and also taken part in a variety of charity events.

The sheer amount of opportunities that LBG offer colleagues was a key motivating factor for applying. Being able to help drive the 'Helping Britain Prosper' vision through volunteering opportunities and sustainability projects was really exciting to hear about.
