I work full time on site managing sub-contractors through RIBA stages 4-7.
Yes, I've learnt how to communicate with people better, time keeping, attention to detail, work independently and with a team.
I'm really enjoying it.
It is well organised, I wouldn't change anything.
I haven't needed support often but when I have asked for support, I have been helped to a high standard.
I haven't needed support for my qualifications but there are many CFD and training courses offered by BAM.
The qualification/course suits my role very well.
Yes, there is a sports and social club that I'm part of. Lots of activities including running, boating etc. there is also an early careers team that I'm part of which allows me to visit different sites.

It is a very friendly company that is filled with people who are willing to help where they can.
Ask plenty of questions if interviewed, one of the BAM MOTOs is no question is a silly question. Be well spoken, even over email.
