  • My job role is a Customer Resolution Agent and this involves dealing with customer queries and complaints daily.

  • I have learnt how to use British Gas systems and improved my IT skills and I have also learnt how to better manage customer expectations and how to deal with complaints appropriately

  • My training provider is very supportive and helps with my apprenticeship and provides feedback when needed

  • I feel it improves it massively due to being able to provide better service for customers by understanding the details involved in customer service

  • There is a games room in the office and I also take part in activities with colleagues outside of work (such as pool)

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I believe British Gas is a good company to work for , It gives a very good work-life ratio and the ability to be flexible with working (work form home). There is also many benefits to take part in such as share save.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to British Gas?
  • I would advise if your applying for British gas is try to gain a slight understanding of how the energy business works so you can have a slight advantage over others
