Running the catering at sheffield united FC, both matchday and non-MD running a full tiem staff of 6 and casual of up to 350
Lots of new ways of thinking and using skills i had in different ways. how to manage or speak to people differently due to the way they learn or react to each secanario.
really enjoy the face to face sessions and learning with hte tutor, networing with other managers and differnt sectors and experiances.

more understanding of leadership and training odels i can use day to day, lots of new ways og thinking from other like mided people in simular roles with simular issues or experiacnes and building a bigger network.
