Ive only been on the program for 2 months so I cant really give a full review of the program yet. But so far it has been very informative and my coach is very engaging.
My coach is well organised, all meetings are booked in well in advanced so I am able to prepare accordingly.
My manager is always available to assist wherever needed, I am able to use my on the job hours and receive plenty of development opportunities.
My coach is always on had to assist and answer any queries. Her sessions are also well planned and delivered which makes things easier.
I've only recently started on the program so cant really answer this yet.
Yes, we have social activities in person and remote. We also have regular networking opportunities with colleagues and our suppliers.
