I manage orders under certain distributors - whether that's software, hardware, licencing or external professional services in order to chase distributors for updated ETA dates when there are past dates on our system. I do this through different lists that are sent out during the day, relating to different categories of orders. I liaise with sales internally, and supplies externally depending on the order.
Communication skills, professional/email etiquette, teamwork and time management.
It can be stressful at times but regardless, it's all part of the process.
There are clear deadlines and expectations of everyone.
My employer is flexible with personal situations and shows genuine interest to find a solution to situations where I have concerns.
