change management and cost monitoring
From my experience at Arcadis my skills have improved significantly. For example I am much more confident and able to present to a number of people.
The programme can be stressful in final years where you have to balance APC experience for your charter-ship, Uni studies, and work
The programme is well organised.
I receive a satisfactory level of support from my employer.
Very little support from trading providers with very high expectations, can be extremely frustrating at times.
I believe the training provider assists me in my job role to a certain degree, but no where near the level that experience gains you to perform better in my role.
There are ample amounts of extra-curricular activities provided such as football, various networking events such as monthly office socials and breakfast.
