Measuring, fitting and repairing machinery within the submarines
I have learned many skills within the last 6 months how to safely and correctly use machines, such as the mill and lathe. And the most up to date health and safety legislations.
I enjoy the workshop learning how to operate the machines and tools. However some of the class work is repetitive.
Some of it is well structured in the long run of how it’s planned out but there are some points that isn’t clear like when we are going through the next steps and a lot of waiting around in the workshop
The staff are very supportive and helpful during the start to my apprenticeship and have good support systems.
Good amount
Still not clear if some of the training is relevant
I’m not sure
