Leading a project to deliver a new resource to the front line, managing all day to day activities including all onboarding and fleet/tooling requirements
Developed all round - able to apply knowledge of theories into day to day work
Enjoyed on reflection
Online content was month by month and did not necessarily flow but was easy to follow and gave base knowledge for further research to be completed
As much as I needed - was difficult to complete alongside role although time was permitted and freed up to allow completion.
As much as I needed - always on hand for queries and were very proactive
