I complete a variety of reports as well as conducting site audits where possible.
I have learnt a variety of new skills as well as developing existing ones including writing different types of reports and understanding and summarising documentation (knowing what information if important).
I enjoy the work side of it however, some of the reports can be repetitive if there is a big portfolio. Majority of the uni learning materials do not directly relate to the stuff I do at work.
My programme is structured well. I am provided with a study day during uni term time to complete any uni assignments etc.
I receive as much support as I need. We have a weekly meeting and talk about work as well as uni. This is when I can express any issues I may have.
There are certain individuals who are more than happy to support whenever possible.
There are transferable skills which I am able to use at work which I have learnt at uni however, content does not always relate to the projects I complete.
Yes, there are many activities to get involved with at work including social and sports. Our team also do an annual meet up when possible.
