My role consists of planning, writing, and executing test scripts and test cases. I am responsible for collecting the correct information to plan accordingly and meet the expectations of our stakeholders.
Test Automation, Jira tickets, Change Requests, writing test cases, presenting my findings to stakeholders.
I have enjoyed being an apprentice at IBM. They have supported me very well throughout the whole process. I have developed a resilient growth mindset while moving around the business doing various roles with Quality Engineering.
The programme is very organised. We have dedicated managers, quarterly reviews and frequent goal setting to ensure we develop a growth mindset.
There is plenty of support, both personal and professional. IBM provides excellent assistance to their Early Professionals.
Manchester Met provides excellent support regarding my qualifications. We are assigned Skills Coaches and have great tutors who support us throughout the programme.
My qualification helps me understand the business side of my role. Understanding the different processes and developing a business mindset has helped me progress in interacting with Stakeholders.
I am part of Manchester Young Professionals, train in a Hyrox Gym, train Mixed Martial Arts and currently training for a Half Marathon.
