I attend meetings and update documents on a regular basis. I interact with individuals both internally and externally on the project
Yes, I am developing my Microsoft skills such as Excel and Outlook. I am also developing on my communication and adaptability skills the more I progress.
I really enjoy the programme, everyone is friendly and happy to explain anything you may be unsure of.
My programme is well structured, I was able to understand expectations within the first month here.
My line manager is very supportive and is always happy to help me whenever. Sometimes on a project it can be quite hard to be guided/ understand sometimes as everyone can be busy
My training provider is extremely supportive. The lectures are informative and recorded for future referring. The staff are friendly too
Sometimes within my projects I am exposed to terms/ information before my training provider covers it, therefore it can be confusing at times.
