Dealing with front/back counter customers, brining in and counting stock, invoicing
Yes i have learn how to used RMI to look up parts for the workshop/customers
I do really enjoy the job
Id say overall its pretty good with consistent training I juts wish we could fly to England instead of getting the train
Support is pretty good overall as I said above we get consistent training and any help from collages that I need
There support is very good, if you have missed anything they will make sure you understand it etc.
It helps build my knowledge on how to look up parts and excellent customer service
