  • I check my emails and deal with quality issues in my workplace, learn different roles in the quality department and cover when necessary.

  • Yes, I have learnt many skills including communication, confidence, time management, computer skills and decision making. I have learnt how to work in an office setting as well.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy working in quality as it give me life and work skills that I can continue into the rest of my career. It is also an important position in a business which puts me into a position where my knowledge and experience is needed.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Due to unfortunate circumstances and people in the department I have had to cover job roles for months at a time and has halted my progression. There is some organisation as there is a plan to have a placement over the over site for a period of time.

  • Any questions I have or support I need is given to me in due time and if I wish to do somethin changes are made so I participate.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I am always able to take my college days every week and am always told if I need more days i will be granted this

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have one to ones every month to 2 months where they support me and answer questions when needed. However outside of this if I have a question it can take quite a while for them to answer.

  • Every year we have parties, sports activity's, opportunity's to help the community and networking events every few months.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Siemens Healthineers?
  • Be confident and friendly as the whole site seems like a family and they like for induvial to have the ability to be quick with their tasks.
