In my role I produce pipe work to meet certain demands.
I’ve learnt loads of new skills as I’ve just left school therefore had no industrial experience so I’ve learnt loads of new skills
I enjoy it in most parts.
Very well organised as we have set weekly hour times and also times to have work done by.
Any support you need is catered to.
As much support as you need to achieve your targets.
It equips me with the skills and understanding needed to excel in my role.
There is a programme called stretch where you go elsewhere to promote and educate people about the business and what it does.

Because it’s well paid, you are supported with anything you need and has many benefits once you’re out your time.
If you aren’t living near the workplace then organise how to get there for the appropriate time before your first day.
