    • I’ve learnt loads of new skills as I’ve just left school therefore had no industrial experience so I’ve learnt loads of new skills

    • There is a programme called stretch where you go elsewhere to promote and educate people about the business and what it does.

    • Because it’s well paid, you are supported with anything you need and has many benefits once you’re out your time.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?

    • If you aren’t living near the workplace then organise how to get there for the appropriate time before your first day.
