I work with some of our main customers, driving high supply rate and building customer relationships.
I've learnt numerous new skills: presenting, negotiating, dealing with customers, internal stakeholders
I enjoy it, but it is very intense and there isn't always the support needed from the internal unilever team.
There is lack of organisation. The way the rotations work isn't the same for all the apprentices, and delayed communication.
Lots of support from my team, lack of support from the unilever future careers team.
lots of support, brilliant support.
It helps me understand the business overall and gain knowledge, but it can't always be implemented in my day to day role.
