Supervisions, team meetings, oversight of services and staff, HR work, sickness meetings, billing, rotas, communication with health and medical professionals, spreadsheets, payroll, auditing, keeping paperwork updated. Individuals care reviews, communication with families,

  • Developed existing skills and learnt the difference between leadership and management. Learnt different techniques.

  • It was a struggle at first to manage the work commitments and priorities. My mentor supported with this.

  • The structure was tailored to me and my needs

  • Time management was a struggle given work place and day to day priorities. I had to find and manage my own time
