  • Answering phone calls/ calling customers back - running through the systems to help diagnose their problem and find a resolution for them

  • Communication and costumer service skills. I have also learnt how to better manage my time.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • This is honestly one of the best jobs that I have ever had, I don't feel that I am under too much pressure with the coursework either and finding time to do it has not been difficult

  • The organisation could not be better - I have time to work whilst also having time to do my coursework

  • We are always given ample time to complete our coursework and we are supported through everything no matter what

  • I have only been a part of this programme for a month and I have felt very supported by my training provider, they are always available to answer questions

  • My training has helped me perform better within my role because I have the extra knowledge that I need to complete my job thoroughly.

  • We have a chance to complete volunteering hours within our role and me and a few team mates have also been out for food after work
