Answering phone calls/ calling customers back - running through the systems to help diagnose their problem and find a resolution for them
Communication and costumer service skills. I have also learnt how to better manage my time.
This is honestly one of the best jobs that I have ever had, I don't feel that I am under too much pressure with the coursework either and finding time to do it has not been difficult
The organisation could not be better - I have time to work whilst also having time to do my coursework
We are always given ample time to complete our coursework and we are supported through everything no matter what
I have only been a part of this programme for a month and I have felt very supported by my training provider, they are always available to answer questions
My training has helped me perform better within my role because I have the extra knowledge that I need to complete my job thoroughly.
We have a chance to complete volunteering hours within our role and me and a few team mates have also been out for food after work
