As the General Manager oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, staff management, and financial performance. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, maintaining quality and safety standards, managing budgets, and optimising efficiency. I drive profitability, uphold brand standards, and create a positive dining experience while handling customer feedback and operational challenges.
