Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, maintaining quality and safety standards, managing budgets, and optimising efficiency. I drive profitability, uphold brand standards, and create a positive dining experience while handling customer feedback and operational challenges.

  • Better understanding / lessens skill gaps promoted confidence. Encourages me to be aware of what I know and already do. Applying myself and given me the opportunity to think outside the box and focus on my personal development whilst Giving me support to filter to managers.
