On a day-to-day basis I handle incoming telephone calls and email enquiries for the business. This then generates leads and by resolving customer enquiries, the customer's needs are always met which leaves satisfaction and helps provide them with the best outcomes that the market is able to offer.
I have been developing my organisation, time management, communication and customer service skills. The new skills which I have learnt are to decide and initiate actions, adapt and cope to change, and achieve my personal work goals.
I strongly enjoy the apprenticeship programme, I think it keeps you productive, you learn a lot every day and get great support from everyone throughout.
It's well structured, I have occasional meetings set with my training provider as well with my buddy, and these meetings are set at convenient times. The programme has a good balance of working and learning which I personally enjoy.
I receive good support from my employer, I am open to asking questions, and my learning needs to my learning are always listened to
I receive full support, I been told to reach out whenever I need guidance and they are always willing to help me and listen to my opinions.
The assignments and tasks that I get set dive deeper into my role, there is a large chain of reasoning for each incremental task I do each day and the coursework shows me why it's important and why every little thing I do makes a big and or positive difference. You learn something new each day and I think that no matter how much you already know, you will always learn.
Yes there are many sports teams, committees and occasional networking events which are a great opportunity and experience to build relationships with others in the company
