Taking calls- solving network issues and other issues
Learnt new computer skills, phone skills, developed customer service skills into a new field
I extremely enjoy it as for me its completely different to being in retail and dealing with customers face to face
very well organised, time is scheduled throughout the day for us to complete bud work and to complete other things we need to do
a lot of support, through team leaders and floor walkers everyone is extremely supportive and helps as much as they can
A lot- i know i can message at any time with a issue and i will get a response with the help i need
a lot because as an apprentice we get the extra support which helps me feel more confident to complete the job
