  • I feel that people listen to you in terms of new ideas and that everyone I have met do try and live by the company values. Pay is good. I enjoy the work life balance as I get to work from home and encouraged to switch off


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to National Grid?
  • Research the company and what work we have done and will be doing. Find out what projects interests you the most and go from there
