I rotate round the business in 6 month placements and work with software teams to get real life software engineering experience. I also attend UCLAN to study my degree
I have developed lots of skills that are required for my apprenticeship
I really enjoy the programme a lot. My time at work and on my placements is very interesting and worthwhile and I learn a lot during this time. The teaching at University is not the best.
It is organised quite well but there are times when I feel there could be better communication, especially at university
I receive a lot of support from my employer
I receive some support from my University but it mainly depends on the module and module teachers. Some are better than others
I do feel as though it helps me in my role, majority of the content is relevant and useful
