Working in a multi discipline offfice to design structural aspects of buildings. Working with CAD software and structural enginnering software.

I have learnt skills in structural enginnering including concepts and design. I have learnt to use multiple pieces of software. I have developed my soft skills also.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the role and being within the team I am with. I find it very interesting as we complete multiple different projects and there is always something new to learn.

It is a well structured programme.

I recieve alot of support from my employer.

A fair amount of support but could be better

I feel I have learnt alot from my training provider which in turn will benefit my role.
