Adops executive Review

On a day to day basis I add clients creatives to their websites, I run forecasts so I can let the client know how many impressions they have left to sell, I run reports on campaigns whether it being progress reports or end of campaign reports

Before I started I didn’t know much about computers or how even advertising worked everything I know now is because of adopstar I would say my knowledge now is a lot better than what it was.

I really enjoyed my apprenticeship learnt new things about coding that I didn’t know before also being able to work along side and add my knowledge to my work was brilliant

Any downtime we have we spend it on our apprenticeships we can have set times we can also have a running schedule to keep us up to date with our apprenticeships

Our employer is the best if we need anything she is always happy to help and if she isn’t sure we always have an amazing team around us that will help

When I was doing my apprenticeship I had 2 different people train me I also had 3 different people that was working with me they kept swapping and changing so I wasn’t sure whether I was coming or going but I feel I was lucky to have my in house team.

In the end I feel I managed to feel a lot me confident and adding what I learnt to my job was quite easy because it’s what I do everyday I learnt a lot of terminology that didn’t know before that I use all the time now

We have networking events also we have charity events that we arrange so we do have a lot of in house activities
