I design drawings for clients. This involves me using software such as AutoCAD and Civil3D.
Yes, I have learned how to use different software's, how to conduct myself in front of clients and how to work in a site based role.
I enjoy my programme as I am learning new things and expanding my knowledge.
It is very well structured
I receive a lot of support, if I have any questions about anything either my line manager is able to answer or if it is not known to him he will refer me to someone who does.
I receive a lot of support, we are aloud to ask questions and they give me detailed responses and make sure that I understand fully.
It gives me basic knowledge which I can then use in my role to ensure I have wider understandings of subjects.

They are very well structured which allows you to learn and interact with a range of different people. You are also given flexibility in your role which I think is very important.
