Prioritising tasks in a hierarchy of need. Interacting with clients to understand what they would like doing, this can be done via email or call. Checking on the status of campaigns to check they are meeting the delivery objectives as set by clients. Getting screenshots and reporting on campaign performance. Completing training to further your knowledge in the field.
From my apprenticeship, everything learnt was new. Before starting this course I knew nothing about advertising or ad operations. Being able to interact with clients and complete tasks set shows how far my skills have come.
My programme was flexible and understood all of my requirements. Extending deadlines or giving me longer to complete tasks so they could be done around my workload was paramount.
The programme is heavily supported by your trainer, you meet with them at least once a month and go through your progress and see if you can move onto any other tasks. I always knew what was going on next and this was supported by our in house apprenticeship manager who helped us all stay on track.
My employer helped me to do tasks relevant to my apprenticeship that helped me get the information for my coursework. They value apprenticeships and our development highly.
My training provider supported me massively when I needed extra support completing my assessments. They put on extra revision classes with another trainer and ensured I had the knowledge for the next time I took the exam.
Learning the fundamentals of digital marketing has helped me to progress in my career massively. I was also helped to understand communication techniques which has helped me with my interaction with clients. Also, the coursework reports side of things has helped me to communicate effectively and produce comprehensive work for clients.
Adopstar always holds social events such as in-office food lunches or games for Red Nose day. We even all went away for the weekend to bond as a team.
