  • i have learnt and developed existing skills at my time at British gas, whilst working at british gas i have strengthened my communication skills as i have started to deal with more customers and have gained knowledge about the company and their products

  • i enjoy my programme a lot as my colleagues and manager are very nice people and are available to help when i need help or dont know what to do

  • my programme is structed well as we have updated shcedules and updated websites and information to use to be better

  • when starting this programme i received a lot of support and training which helped me strengthen my skills to get to where i am today

  • i receive a lot of help and have meetings with my training provider to make our assignments we have to do easier

  • i feel like my qualification helps me to perform better in my role as we gain more knowledge from doing our assignments which we can use whilst we are taking calls to better support our customers

  • the activities we have that are out side of work is going out to eat as a team and volunteering
