  • Yes, I’ve developed both new and existing skills in my role in ad operations. I've become much more proficient with ad trafficking tools and ad servers like Google Ad Manager and DoubleClick. My technical troubleshooting skills have improved, allowing me to quickly resolve issues with ad delivery and performance. I’ve also enhanced my data analysis abilities, learning to interpret campaign data more effectively to make data-driven decisions for optimisation. Additionally, I’ve strengthened my communication and project management skills, as I work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoyed my Level 3 apprenticeship in digital marketing. It was a great mix of practical skills and theoretical knowledge, which allowed me to apply what I learned directly to real-world scenarios. I particularly enjoyed learning about campaign management, social media marketing, and data analysis. The hands-on experience helped me gain confidence in using digital marketing tools and platforms. Overall, the apprenticeship gave me a strong foundation in the industry, and I loved the opportunity to continuously learn and grow in a fast-evolving field.

Additionally, I’ve had regular check-ins with my mentor, who’s been instrumental in guiding my progress, offering constructive feedback, and helping me develop my skills. The supportive work environment has really enhanced my learning experience and made me feel confident in my role.

  • I received excellent support from my training provider throughout my apprenticeship. Additionally, I have access to online materials, which I can refer to whenever I need further understanding.   • I felt that my qualification greatly helped me perform better in my role. Additionally, the coursework improved my problem-solving and strategic thinking, enabling me to make better data-driven decisions.
