1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I help control projects from scheduling, estimating etc. I am shadowing in different departments at Thames to see how the business as a whole operates.

I have learnt new skills on each of the systems, and have increased my communication skills

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying my programme, I love the flexibility that comes with Thames and the support that I have received from Thames as well

It has a good structure with clearly defined placements and structured work in the placements as well

I have a lot of support from them and I feel as if I can ask questions whenever I need or want to

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider are very open for me to ask any questions whenever I want, even allowing 1 to 1 calls when I am stuck or confused.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It allows me to take the theory side of my work and see how it is being used in my business on a day to day basis

There are a few activities to be involved in, courses are regularly promoted as well as activity days throughout the year.
