It was very interesting and engaging, kept me focused throughout. At times it was challenging due to workload, but the company accommodated my needs for extra study time when needed
It was a good programme, there was a weekly call to touch base and loads of support before exams and during the final Assessment
They were always very supportive, accommodated my need for study time and they were flexible with my workload when needed
They were very supportive as well, when I needed help they would reply in good time and joined a few calls when emails were not enough to tackle my issue
Very well. I got so much base knowledge from the programme that I was missing in my day to day work life. It filled many gaps and helped me see my Job Role from a wider view
We did a lot of charity work with the local community, we always had something extra going on, on a volunteer basis, never got any pressure to do anything
Yes
It is an amazing place to start an apprenticeship at any age, I went through 3 apprenticeships in my time there. They have an amazing work culture and training opportunities that can be the base for a strong career in the industry.
Be honest and open, put the time in the training, work hard and you will get the rewards. And you will make great friends too
