The general running of the day today operation. Feeding an independent school of 3000 people daily. Alongside a high quality hospitality operation that runs alongside the core feeding. We have a strict allergy awareness policy in which we look after people with fatal allergies and intolerances

The programme is thoroughly enjoyable. There are new challenges and development areas every away day and e-learning module
Extremely, I have the whole programme structure for the whole time.
A lot of support. It's hard in the day to day however in the downtime i get a great opportunity to catch up on what I need to.
i receive great support from my trainer. Regular reminders and objectives to reach each meeting and the tools to deliver.
Really happy. The course gives me an opportunity to bring what I learn into my unit and develop the team.
Yes. Opportunity to work at Wimbledon, the leadership conference and other extra days off the main site. The Brits, Cheltenham, rugby stadiums.

I would recommend compass for many reasons. Competitive pay, Great work life balance, fantastic opportunities, development opportunities, lots of work benefits. the main thing for me would be the progression and appreciation i have received rom my work and leaders.
Be willing to put yourself out there. the more you put in the more you will definitely get out.
