My role of my Job is to help customers with their needs and any questions they may have and to make sure I am delivering delicious and fast food to our customers and so that its good quality standard and also make sure our customers feel special when dining at our restaurant whilst also learning more about the hospitality industry.
New Skills I have learnt, is how to use more positive body language and also how to make customers feel appreciated by asking them simple questions such as, how there day is and also speaking about the weather.
My Structure is organised very well with my work schedule as it fits in perfectly with how many days, I work a week and also gives me enough time to research about Hospitality and everything I need.
I receive all the support I need by asking any questions I am unsure on, and my employer will always answer any Questions I may have.
All the Support I need, very friendly and always able to help me with anything I am feeling unsure on weather its Hospitality or any other questions I may have.
Helps me very much in McDonalds as I am constantly dealing with customers and also helps me become better at my role by showing me the correct skills to implement to become a better worker and make customers feel more appreciated.
