  • Regional Manager. Manage site managers by coaching, training and advising. Health & safety, Food safety, HR, finance control, client relations, people relations/management, support sales BIDS

  • Yes. Different models and processes. Highlighted areas of my own under deveoplemt within finance and project management

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • My trainer has been fantastic with giving me all the feedback required, very detailed in her approached and training. I have enjoyed the programmed, it is challenging with time as my role is busy, my trainer has accommodated any changes or challenges to support me.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well structed, the training plan was easy to understand and read along with the program context. My trainer was very knowledgeable and planned each task by giving me plenty of time to complete each section.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I requested a break from learning due to extreme business needs. This was mainly due to 3 changes in line managers throughout my program, My Current line manager attends each review and offers her feedback, she also provides me with enough time to complete my program.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Plenty of support, we have regular reviews and she offers detailed feedback on my work and her own insight and experience. I also had to work towards Math & English which did present time managing challenges which I did receive support with.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Going through the program highlighted areas of my own development which enabled me to seek advise and answers from SME's. The programs and courses were all relevant for my role

  • Currently not involved in these.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Compass Group provide a wide range of training and development across a wide range of roles. Very strong systems which work well in the workplace.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Compass Group UK & Ireland?
  • Posses a strong work attic and you will go far, if you are looking for progression and a company that will support that progression then Compass is the company for you.
