I administer all of the UK and Europe benefits. I answer queries, enter payroll validations, process invoices, run projects and many more.
I have learnt many new skills within this business to do with people professionals. For example, my knowledge and skills of Health and Wellbeing have increased to a large extent. I have also developed my communication skills to present in front to large groups and host meetings.
A very large extent. I love my job role and Cummins as a business is such a supportive business when you are an apprentice.
Structured very well. It works around my working hours and I never exceed my normal working hours, the business are very flexible.
I receive so much support from my employer. They support me through all of my work, all of my college work and are always supportive of personal problems too. I never knew an employer would be this supportive.
My training providers are brilliant when I contact them for support. They can help to point me in the correct direction within the workplace and also help with college work.
My qualification helps me to gain additional knowledge within my department and gain the skills I will need to progress though Cummins.
Yes, we have networking events available for us all throughout the year. On my site, we have an apprentice group and we meet every 6 to 8 weeks which is great to build relationships with each other and work together where we can.
Yes
Cummins is the best employer I have ever had and could not fault them. They are the most supportive employer and have so many benefits available to you. They are a very inclusive and diverse business who stick to their values.
Cummins will support you to meet your life long goals and develop into the best version of yourself.
