  • I am responsible for coordinating training for colleagues in the South of England. I support managers with their compliance rates in our services, I help with queries relating to our systems, I communicate with external providers and book and organise training and events when required.

  • I am continuously developing my experience and skills within my job role. My apprenticeship has aided me to link in with other departments and gain a broader understanding of their roles and how their work affects my own.

  • My programme is enjoyable most of the time. It can be repetitive in some areas, but overall has taught me a lot in relation to my job role.

  • The programme is well structed and organised, however can be repetitive at times.

  • My employer is very supportive and encourages me to complete work towards my apprenticeship.

  • My assessor from the training provider has been amazing. She has provided a lot of support and advice.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I now have a better understanding of the organisation as a whole and how different departments operate. I have also learnt how to communicate with other departments and when this would be beneficial.
