I am responsible for coordinating training for colleagues in the South of England. I support managers with their compliance rates in our services, I help with queries relating to our systems, I communicate with external providers and book and organise training and events when required.
I am continuously developing my experience and skills within my job role. My apprenticeship has aided me to link in with other departments and gain a broader understanding of their roles and how their work affects my own.
My programme is enjoyable most of the time. It can be repetitive in some areas, but overall has taught me a lot in relation to my job role.
The programme is well structed and organised, however can be repetitive at times.
My employer is very supportive and encourages me to complete work towards my apprenticeship.
My assessor from the training provider has been amazing. She has provided a lot of support and advice.
I now have a better understanding of the organisation as a whole and how different departments operate. I have also learnt how to communicate with other departments and when this would be beneficial.
