My Role has changed over the years, but generally, it involves managing the setup and performance of digital display ad campaigns, reporting and adhoc client requests.
My apprenticeships and time at Adopstar have taught me a lot and helped me grow both professionally and personally. I’ve developed strong skills in Leadership, communication, Project management, Problem-solving and Organisation as well as growing my confidence.
I really did enjoy my experiences with the apprenticeships (especially with Babbington). Though it could be stressful at times, proper time keeping helped me to stay on track.
My apprenticeship programme was well structured. It offered a clear framework with a mix of classwork and practical experience as well as regular and relevant support from both programme pathway planners and the Company management team.
Adopstar's Management team are really supportive and approachable - even when busy, they make time for you.
The pathway planners were great. They provided support that I didn't even realise I needed. I was able to ask both topical and off-topic questions and they were always happy to help.
The courses I have taken have helped me become a hundred times more effective in my role. Not only am I able to draw on new knowledge, but I am more confident in my ability to complete the work and lead/train others.
All the time. A lot of us are good friends and there are always plans to do something outside of work, to attend charity events, Play Lunchtime boardgames and Formal dinners.
Yes
The support and culture of Adopstar is like no other.
