My day typically revolves around optimising content and ensuring that businesses stay visible across digital platforms. I spend a lot of time doing SEO, researching keywords, tweaking website copy, and analysing analytics to boost search rankings. Social media is also a part of my routine, where I create engaging content, schedule posts, and interact with our followers to build a stronger community. Copywriting is another key aspect of my role, whether it’s writing blog posts, social media captions, or putting together award entries. Every day is different, but it’s exciting to see how my efforts have helped to drive growth for businesses.
Yes, I’ve definitely learned a lot of new skills during my apprenticeship and beyond. Before starting, I had no experience in digital marketing and had never even heard of SEO. Now, I feel confident in my abilities.
Thoroughly enjoyed it. Very engaging and fun.
Through no fault of Adopstar (my employer), there were several occasions where lessons were cancelled last minute with no cover. However, when this did happen, Adopstar were supportive in encouraging me to use that time to research or complete any outstanding studies I had to do for my apprenticeship.
Adopstar have been an incredible support throughout my apprenticeship. During my time I was lucky to have a Head of Training to report to with queries and guidance in the office.
Support was good from certain members. However, as mentioned before, lesson would often get cancelled with no cover
It gave me a depth of knowledge of my role and the marketing world to successfully support my clients.
There are often company days which include buffet style lunches, weekly 15 minute chats called “donuts” where we are randomly paired up with another member of the team to get to know them better, we attend awards nights as a team and go to several networking events.
Yes
Very supportive and want to see you succeed professionally.
Always ask questions. No question is “silly” or “stupid” and the team are always more than happy to help you out if you are a little stuck.
