Day-to-day tasks vary depending on client projects and requirements, including talking to the client, working on-site, etc.
Yes, 100%. I have developed specialised skills through certifications and the apprenticeship modules.
I thoroughly enjoy the program - it has opened up several new opportunities and I am constantly learning new things.
The program is well structured, with ample time dedicated to the University work. The company is very understanding when it comes to taking study leave or working on assignments.
I receive all the support I could ask for, especially as a Neurodivergent employee - there is medical support/insurance as well as social groups to help with working.
Sheffield Hallam is very supportive and regularly check-in with their apprentices' progression. They ensure to help and advocate for their apprentices.
Most of the modules are relevant to the workplace and help in one way or the other
Yes, I am a community champion which means I help to create and organise work events and social activities such as insight days.
